My flowers came today. Fantastically fast delivery (only ordered yesterday).....pity the flowers were about half dead by the time they got here

I'm really disappointed because I've read so many good reviews here about them. Mine were all bashed, squashed and frost bitten, all the buds were broken or hanging off and out of 50 stems only about 20 of them were in anything like good condition.

Looby why don't you take a photo and email it to Customer Services? I am sure they would replace them if they saw they were damaged. Such a shame you seem to have received a rogue bunch.

Ordered mine yesterday afternoon for delivery anytime. They arrived at 8am this morning and are lovely. Big thanks to Matthew for this post!

Looby, I agree with Claudie, definitly email them back and say that they were not of the standard you were expecting. I did this a couple of days ago with another flower company who I use on a regualr basis, and said that some of the flowers were damaged and they emailed me back apologising and have sent out a replacement bunch!

Update - both the sets of flowers i ordered were recieved - both recipients were over the moon! my nan especially was really pleased (i added in some choccies for her too!) It is so hard to find a nice gift to send that doesnt cost the earth.

l ordered mine y/day lunchtime and they arrived this morning, my dad ordered some for my mum y/day and they arrived today too. Really pleased with them, have done 2 vases and really pleased they came today, honestly thought it would be next week before they were delivered. My rec. for post of the month too. Thanks again to OP.

The flowers I ordered finally got to the intended destination today. They were supposed to arrive on Tues 11th, but yesterday a card was posted through the letterbox and they had to be collected from the Post Office.

I sent e-mails, text messages and tried the live chat all to no avail, and finally received an e-mail back after 24 hours of waiting. Apparently as they are sent by the Royal Mail they cannot be tracked.

It is a great deal, though valueflora's customer service could be improved a lot.

I'm glad I provided you all with some Easter cheer.

I sent freesia's to my Mum for Mother's Day so have ordered the 50 Scented Narcissi with FREE Chocolates for Mum & Dad for Easter. Haven't heard from them today so don't think they have received them, or, perhaps they didn't like them:D . I've had lots of comments from friends/family I've sent flowers to from this site.
