I received a confirmation e-mail from Valueflora earlier today, but only after I had texted them about the error and asked them to look into it. Text them with the order number from your Nochex payment and they will be able to look into it for you. I think that, provided you received a payment confirmation e-mail, your order will be processed. I don't know why their system keeps falling over like this, it's very frustrating trying to contact a company with no known telephone number!

i have e-mailed them with my nochex ref number, obviously i dont expect a reply tonight, did you try e-mailing first? how did you get their number to text? the only way i got their e-mail address was via the confirmation from nochex, which is, help@valueflora.com

I e-mailed them first, and then decided to text them. The number to text is: 07786 030991 They need the last 5 digits of your order number. Their contact page is here http://www.valueflora.com/uk/contact.html if you want to try their live help tomorrow, but that didn't work for me at all. I received an email from the company confirming the order and have had the money taken from my account, it was listed as nochex payment. I have not had an email yet confirming payment, is this correct.
No flowers as of yet but i choose delivery of between 12 - 15 april.

well, my mums flowers that i sent her for easter arrived yesterday and they are gorgeous and she had to split them between two large vases....
