I ordered at 11am on Saturday, got a confirmation e-mail with an order number and my Quidco payment is registered. It stated delivery on the 11th, but the flowers haven't arrived today - anyone else in the same situation?

Bagby, that's very similar to what happened to me earlier today. I have just received a text message from Valueflora confirming that they have tracked my payment using the order number from the Nochex e-mail and are now processing my order. Fingers crossed that they can do the same for you - try texting them, they got back to me two hours later with a reply.

GibsonSt19 - I am assuming that their CSM is Russell Hirst, who also happens to be the man who started Valueflora!

Sorry if following reply gets posted twice... just lost it after typing it in.

Mine should have arrived by first class mail today but didn't. Tried calling them on number shown in terms, also in reg for their domain. Whois names are Jennifer Boon and Steven Jones incidentally. Unfortunately phone number is bogus. Don't know what to do now.

I have placed 2 orders today but they are not showing on Quidco and I have not had confirmation for the second order despite paying by Paypal 3 hours ago.
Hope that this goes through ok as I have not heard back when using their live chat option.
