    Thanks,

Just ordered some for my mum as she's been a bit down in the dumps lately and she loves freesias!

Even though I didnt receive a confirmation email from the company, the freesias were delivered to my daughter in London a day early - she said they started to open up the next day and smell gorgeous. Good buy even tho I havent seen them. Ive told husband, daughter and sister about them so fingers crossed I may get some myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wont hold my breath tho.

I agree that £26.99 is a ridiculous price for these flowers and I wonder if they ever sell them at that price. At the 'lower' price though they're good value.
I definately agree with you here Mocha.

As mine are now unlikely to turn up I've asked for a completer refund. Not good enough service IMHO. Aren't they lucky to have the weekend off, its normal 7 day week for us.

I ordered some for a friend who has just come out of hospital after an op... they were supposed to be delivered on the 12th... still not arrived... and I guess if they are stuck in the post over easter they will more than likely be dead by the time she gets them... if she gets them at all.
Thanks though to the op for this... it still looks like loads of people have been happy with them

The ones I ordered for my mum to be delivered at Easter arrived early and are now all open and smell beautiful. As far as I'm concerned the service and the flowers were great!

  • I definately agree with you here Mocha.

In supermarkets freesia are around £2.99 for 5 stems, in florists you can pay 99p per stem; so you can see that, for 50 stems, this is an unbelievable price.

As stated earlier, I sent some and they were received with absolute delight!

The company are probably treating it as a loss-leader to get their name out there. ;)
I only exist in my own mind - if you can see, hear or read me, you are a product of my imagination.
  • mine actually arrived today - 13 days after I ordered them but at least I can say they were for Easter now so it's not too bad timing wise. Some open, some buds, nice colours.. impressed with the flowers/price. Reasonably happy with the customer service, since they sent out a replacement batch in a timely manner.

for £8-£9 it's worth the (low) risk!
