Got my voucher today, came really quickly too.

I got 2 through yesterday! When i rang to book it they tried to tell me it was a wet cut only although the voucher clearly states 'Blow Dry'.

My local Salon accept TLC vouchers that are issued through other places such as Chooseaprize.com which are only valid for a wet cut. I have spoken to Herbal Essences and the head office is going to contact the Salon to put them right :T.

So if anyone else has the same problem just explain the difference between the vouchers and hopefully they'll be alright!:D

just seen on a bottle of herbal essence in tesco, does say on their site "Proof of purchase is required." but it's on a special price at the moment

just looked a bit further, you need a 10 digit batch code from back of bottle

Does anyone have a valid code, the ones I recently bought don't have the offer on the bottle and it comes up with invalid code when I enter them.

bought a smalle bottle of conditioner from wilkos for 95p! am sorted. not tried the code yet but did have the offer printed on the bottle!
