Herbal Essences are offering a free standard haircut, wash and blowdry at participating salons all over UK. See yellow flash on promotional bottles of shampoo or conditioner.
    The site is https://www.herbal-essences.co.uk/freehaircut

You can apply up to 30.12.06 for a voucher, one per household.

You can quote the 10 digit batch code required as proof of purchase as
6059484754 ( I bought 250 ml bottle of shampoo for dry/damaged hair with rosehips, jojoba and vit E with this qualifying code) for 1.78.

You have to enclose a receipt but as my receipt from Tesco just says "Shampoo - 1.78", and as most people buy shampoo anyway, I guess as
long as you buy any shampoo around this price point you'll qualify for the freebie if you quote above batch code.

    Very pleased.

Never heard of the salon before but it was really nice. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and I was treated like royalty.

Even gave me a 5 minute head massage while conditioning my hair. Sooooooo relaxing. :T
Presumably because it was such a quiet day, they took their time, checking at every stage that everything was ok, almost as though they thought I was reporting back on the service!

Wouldn't have any qualms about going there again, even if it isn't going to be free next time!

Got my hair done with the voucher at Concrete in Covent Garden. Great place, no issues with the voucher at all and they did a good job. The cut otherwise would have cost me £35. I'm happy.

Sent my till receipt and application form off on 25th April but still not heard from them. The application form says to allow 21 days but its been longer than that now. How long did those that have received their free haircut vouchers have to wait for them to arrive?

teenage_Drama, in a previous post I seem to recall you mentioning you're from my neck of the woods (Croydon area ?). If so where did you get your hair cut so short? I hate hairdressers that just hack off whatever they feel like and wouldn't want to go to the same salon as you if I can avoid it.

Just to let anyone who is interested know - the [EDIT] salon is [EDIT]. Not sure if this is good or bad news as I haven't been yet!
