I had one of the free herbal essences haircut and finishes last year and had no problem getting my voucher or the appointment. I did have to send off for it though. I have just bought the herbal essences in sainsburys on BOGOF and intend to get another haircut.

My voucher took quite a while to come but is here now so got my free haircut! Surely it's worth a try at £1.69? Perhaps it is just some areas that have problems?

Unfortunately the bottles that I picked up didn't have the right thing on the front, but of course I do have a receipt that shows I've bought them!

Does anyone know a code that I can enter on the form, please?

Got my voucher through after about 9-10 weeks went to a lovely salon very modern about 15-20 minutes away shes done a lovely cut and when i was leaving she gave me a voucher for me and a friend to have a half price cut and blow. will def do the offer out of elle mag (once my hair grows of course)

I sent my receipt with stamped addressed envelope in Feb, heard nothing for few months then out of the blue two weeks ago had a phone call to ask me which hairdresser in my area i would like and which month either August or September, i chosed the ones more suitable was told that they would phone me back later that day as they had to arrange this with hairdresser.But once again nothing.
I dont no why i bothered isnt worth all the hassle,

Just tried entering my code and it keeps saying invalid code. I am not going to ring their 0870 number as it seems not worth the trouble. Anyone else get this. Maybe it has been used before by a worker in tesco or something

I had an absolutely lovely haircut with this offer. I am in Lancaster, Lancashire and I thought it was really worthwhile!

This offer has really backfired on them . I too won't be buying any of there products again. even if you tried to email them there email is designed that you cant send it without using a 'product code' in teh subject bar. THEY ARE MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT THEM
Im off to try and phone TLC there promoter again
