Hi no, I sent my stuff in regular envelope (about 6x4) with a regular SAE & got my voucher this morning.

    thanks! i'll try again:)
  • I've not had the best experience with TLC, who organise the promotion. Despite requesting a salon in Soho, from the several listed on the promotion's website, the salon they chose for me was in another part of London. I wrote to them asking for a salon that was closer, and instead I received a new voucher for a salon that was in the opposite part of London. To make matters worse, the new salon they chose for me no longer participate in the promotion, and were peeved because TLC kept sending customers to them long after they had withdrawn. All of this suggests a rather amateurish organisation.
  • I had my free wash, cut & blow at Michaelas in Huddersfield.
It was very good, I am very pleased with the result & will use the salon again.
  • Anyone seen anywhere in central London still doing these promotional bottles. Have done a quick search but with no luck yet.

    Cheers!
  • If anyone's still looking for promotional bottles try looking at the back of the shelves in large Boots, Sainsburys etc. That's where I eventually found mine.

I'd like to say something a little controversial - when you find out where your local salon is I highly reccommend checking it out first before you actually book. I didn't do this and the salon I went to was just HORRIBLE. If I had even just seen the outside of it beforehand I wouldn't have booked. When I got there I was actually scared to go in! I couldn't not go in though because they charge you if you fail to go to your appointment. "Top Salon" - I don't think so. I think this placed charged about £15 for a cut and blow dry and they still had no customers. It was a complete contrast to the Prima offer - with The Hair Group(?) - which was a lovely salon where they actually used clean towels.
