"Any cancellation of your promotional booking must be made with your allocated salon at least 48 hours in advance of the booking. Failure to do so will result in you being charged a £30 'No Show' fee."

Not sure how they would charge you though if you never went back unless you have to give contact details when you ring, but who's to say the ones you give would be correct...

I think this is to encourage people to cancel rather than just not bother if they can't make it.
Being casual with other people's time and money is inconsiderate but unfortunately some people are like that if there is no penalty.

In theory they could sue you for £30.
In reality I doubt that they would, it's mean to act as a deterrent to stop people forgetting to cancel and focus their attention on it.

Obviously you could give them false contact details but the downside is that if your hairdresser is ill on the day, then they wont be able to contact you and you might have a wasted trip.

The reality of our legal system is that it isn't really worth taking anyone to court over £30 because it always costs money even in the small claims court, so it ain't worthwhie.

Hi everyone - just to let you know that i got my voucher today and only posted the application off on Monday! I live in Cornwall and the allocated salon is in Truro and is called Sarah Louise Hair and Beauty My voucher no. is 1836 so they must have a few to give away! Had a similar offer a couple of months ago with Prima magazine and the haircut was fantastic it was a different salon in Penzance but looks like the same kind of deal. Tescos are still doing the BOGOF bottles but for some reason the conditioner codes that i tried didn't work even tho the bottle had the promotion on it but the shampoo ones did?! - heres the code i used for anyone who can't get one - 607948731 Tesco till receipts just say shampoo not which make or type so it shouldn't be a problem even if you can't find the right bottles as long as you have a receipt and a code. Will be booking my hairdo for my birthday in September!

I had a good haircut with this and the salon gave me a 10% off leaflet for my next cut.

Yhis offer is one per household. As I am divorced with one twin with me and one with ex,I sent a receipt for 2 bottles to them, hoping for 2 vouchers. They wrote back saying that a seperate receipt was needed for each daughter,so my bogof from superdrug was no good.Roys have the shampoo for £1.49 so I`ve sent off for another voucher.

    I'm really cross.

I saw this in the shop and didn't save the receipt, because they didn't mention on the bottle that you needed it! Now I can't apply even though I bought the shampoo AND conditioner. Sod it, I feel completely ripped off.
