Been to Tesco's for my BOGOF but it won't accept the batch number ( I'm deff putting right code in ) .I don't really want to be ringing an 0870 number .. has anyone else had this problem ?

I got a shampoo and conditioner out of tescos today and they didnt mention the promotion on them and the codes didnt work either. Will be taking them back tomorrow to see if any of the bottles do mention it.

No it doesn't mention the offer but I don;t see in the terms and conditions where it has to be a bottle containing the promotion.I did look incase some bottles mentioned the promotion but there wasn't any .

My tesco had the BOGOF offer on the 400ml bottles, which are no use for this promotion (tons available) and just two 250ml bottles (well hidden away) with the haircut promotion sticker.

Needless to stay I picked up just the one with the promotional sticker!
The website takes the batch code fine.

I got a promotional bottle of this in Boots, it has a big flash on the front of the bottle about the haircut offer. Only one variety had it. I think on the website it says somewhere "enter the code from the promotional bottles". HTH.

I just bought a bottle (only a couple of varieties had it on in Boots).

There is a bright yellow rectangle 2/3rds of the way down the bottle with FREE HAIRCUT on it. Quite large letters and quite bright so if you're looking out for it you won't be able to miss it.

There are some available in Boots in Bath if anyone is around that area (only 2 varieties that I could see but includes normal).

There was probably a limited number which (hopefully) means it won't be ridiculously oversubscribed.

Better to limit the offer and deal with it properly than get oversubscribed and let people down (in my view).

Hi Wondered if you can help. I bought the shampoo however when typing in either the code on the bottle or the code in the link, it is coming up with error. The code on the bottle and in the link are only 8 digits and the form states a 10 digit code is required. Anyone got any advice please?
