The OP had good advice from Inactive so why not leave it there?

Cause you know the head gasket will go, as well as we all do. :rotfl:

I'm aware that they are prone to - but it would be better to advise that it is a potential problem rather than ridicule someone.

We all like a joke - but you have to know when to draw the line and give advice when it is asked - its really what the site is about. Besides, sarcasm is the lowest form of wit. Button it.

OK, I will wait for the OP's next post, "The Head Gasket has gone on my Rover".

Maybe so, but it's about your level as you keep responding.:p

And there was me wondering if you'd posted something intelligent and helpful.

Tell me, do you do your homework with Jamespuddle? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Your back again, you think yourself way above others on the intelect scale, yet you must keep responding.

The little so and so annoyed me with his first unhelpful and sarcastic post to the OP. The poor OP is probably young, has bought his first car (probably all he can afford), comes on here for advice and help and gets Chip on the Shoulder Minton.

Just doesn't reflect well on this site does it? You have to know when you can have a joke, when it is apt and when it is suitable - and know that the other person can take it. Guess that comes with experience and maturity... :D

Like knowing when to keep it shut. Shame you can't do that and resist the urge to post again on this thread.:p
