    salmon fishcakes :drool:
    scrambled eggs on toast with butter
    Omelette
    piece of fish baked in a foil parcel with a splash of wine, butter, and some herbs
    Baked potato with some sort of topping.
    Spaghetti with herbs and and mega quick tomato sauce (chopped fresh toms, bit of garlic, herbs fried off ) mixed with spag.
    if all else fails do what I'm doing.... off out for a curry now

    DH and children had risotto, and very bloomin delish it was too. :D

    Evening everyone. Its been a busy day. DD had to get a emergency appointment at the docs. Her leg and foot were really swollen again and she was in pain. I had to force her to ring. She has 3 lots of meds and been reffered to a rhuematologist. Im just pleased they are investigating further.


    Bathroom, Loo, Study All DONE TOOTS

    Oh and two things from my 5 list. Took bus pass form in and have also rang about the aerobics class.

    pigpen Thats great news and its lovely you are having a party for DSs girlfriend.
    bevan840 Hope DH got on ok at the hospital.
    LilySue Glad to hear Hamish loves being there.
    hex2 Oh I loved watching Green Wing and have it on DVD.

    Just going to potter tonight. Oh and put a pound on a SW. Blamed the choc bar DD bought me lol.

    My first day of FL'ing today! And a good day to pick as we had a viewing this afternoon so had to get the whole house ship-shape anyway :D

    Wiggly Wednesday ~ Bathroom, Loo, Study
    Level One - DONE :D
    Level Two
    ALL DONE APART FROM THIS ---> defrag the computer while you do this
    Level Three
    Wipe the paintwork and radiators in these rooms
    Wipe down any chairs/sofas etc
    Take any laundry to the wash baskets, inc. shower curtains bath mats loo hats etc


    Extras
    1. Wash windows if needed
    2. Wipe any shelves/cupboards - DONE
    3. Dust and deweb
    4. Polish any glass/mirrors
    My 5 jobs for this week are -

    1. send off wii + wii fit that i sold on ebay
    2. go through 10 boxes in the storage shed - freecycle anything not needed/not sentimental
    3. sort through DS's wardrobe/shelves and donate any unwanted toys/clothes to his nursery
    4. fill all the holes in the paddock with topsoil
    5. re-seal around the bath, and paint the MDF bath panel white

    Declutter the floors
    Mop/vacuum
    Level Two
    Scrub the bath, shower, basins, toilets, cisterns (esp the high ones that get neglected), bidets etc.. :p
    Scrub down the tiles, defrag the computer while you do this
    Declutter and wipe the desk
    Level Three
    Wipe the paintwork and radiators in these rooms
    Wipe down any chairs/sofas etc

    Feeding 6 Adults 1 Teen a 8 year old with hollow legs and a very fussy 5 year old. Also 3 cats and 3 fishies
    To include all Food,Toiletries and Petfood.

    They were fantastic weren't they?! Every time I see them, they get better & better! Wish I'd been able to go to Monday nights as well! Once is never enough!

    Wipe all appliances.. large and small :p
    Wipe over units and kickboards
    Level Three
    Sort and wipe a cupboard.. throw away all those germ harbouring chipped plates and mugs!

    Thoroughly clean the oven and hob


    Tuesday ~ Living Room/s, Hall, Stairs
    Level one
    Level Two
    Wipe over any paintwork/doors etc
    Level three
    Vacuum under furniture you are able to move without injuring yourself
    Wash any soft furnishings

    Hey everyone, just a quickie to let you all know that DH is FINE!!!! :D :T :j :D :T :j :D :T :j Whatever is causing the pains it isn't his heart, it may be stress or maybe a pulled muscle, but he's been given the ok to go back to work (after we've had our mini holiday) :)

    So early night tonight and hopefully have some energy to fly :)

    Settled on new pots, chicken in a basil and lemon sauce and beans.

    Dunno what's up with me this week, can't sleep and feel wiped out, but felt wiped out before the couldn't sleep bit IFYSWIM.:D

    My silkies are still lovely, more tufty and fluffy now after the rain.:smileyhea They're cheeping away and getting a bit more confident by the day, although its traumatic trying to get them to bed at night as although they have mastered walking down the ladder out of the coop, they haven't worked out how to walk back up it.:eek:

    DS had a great time on his trip - he went to Conkers forest. So far this evening I've taken catalogue returns to the PO, paid some cheques into the bank, took charity stuff, returned a bread bin to Argos and got a different one, cooked tea. That's it and i can't see me doing much else!
