Beki, delain, Madcatgirl and hermoine have sent to a pm which I hope will help - just take the lists and do what you can - dont stress about doing it all or being perfect - give your self 2-3 weeks to get into routines with it - It REALLY does get easier every week - Welcome to the thread.
serena - hope DD is feeling better soon
toochoosey maybe you should think of doing a MACAW - do the dishes every night - its not nice to come into the kitchen and see dirty dishes in the morning - it puts you off getting going and you are starting the day playing catch-up!!
boddy Hiya - great to be able to increase your step count at your work - well done - I had my first session of reiki today and really enjoyed it- she is a master? I think thats right. ((hugs))) for Mum - hope they manage to get the problem sorted. oh thats not nice about the robbery.

swinstie - thats what i would recommend - put them in the bath - very warm water and biological soap powder and leave for a while depending on how bad and then they are easy to wipe over - rinse off and hang out on the line to dry
