Neveah you heard me say to OH the other day when i was ironing his shirt for the funeral that i wanted it as it was better than mine. Quiet funny that now i do have it. :confused:I'd better not keep it though as he'll make me iron his shirts again  instead of geting his cleaner to do it, and i hate ironing shirts.

Can i have some flylady advice. Ds1 has wrecked 3 of his school t shirts by getting paint from art on them. I've washed them loads, put stardrops in the machine and put vanish in machine and i still can't get it out. They are now saoking in a bucket of bleach & water but as they've got a badge on them i think it might just make it worse. If it doesn't and the stains don't come out what else can i try?:confused:I really don't want to be buying new tshirts now.

    Hi folks
I'm away at parents this week for my mum's 50th, seeing my gran (and lots of other family) for the first time in aages - yay! Got a purty dress and everything. So I won't be in til next week sometime, not sure when we're coming back yet.

I don't think I'll manage to catch up on this weeks thread, so I'll be back in next week.

Oh and I LOVE the new challenge!

Of course I'm right - I always am! It goes without saying.... :rotfl:

OK, had my eye candy in the form of Alan Davies in Jonathon Creek and am about to go to bed. I have thought of my five jobs this week and they shall be:

    1. Iron mountain (half hour ironing challenge is not enough!)
    2. OU assignment
    3. Finances and tax man
    4. Give bathroom another good de-mildew
    5.Sort out cactus

I shall be gutted and duly reprimanded if I don't achieve those. Thanks for the idea Dusty, Piggers and Toots xxx

My friend and i have been friends for 15 years. She is my Gym buddy my shopping buddy i have seen her through the ups and downs and i will continue to do so. When i am with her i am strong as she needs me to be and she is only this bad cause her meds are not yet established.

Her husband is the most fantastic person i have ever met. He puts up with so much as even when she is ok she is high maintenance. He goes every day but only for an hour as it wears him out and he has asked me to go just once or twice per week. I spoke to the staff and they said i am doing all the right things she has someone with her at all times so they hear me talking to her.

When i am upset or thinking i find it easier to write things down it helps to get them out of my head and stops me fretting.

I am worried about her this is the worst i have seen her and her husband agrees. It was just freaky how quick it happened as Sunday night she was fine and Monday morning it ws like someone pulled a switch.

Quill, you keep posting here love when you need to. I'm sure Piggers will waive the rules on chat o/s the weekend in this particular instance. Hang on in there. Your friend is in the best place at the moment and will get sorted. xxxxx

Hex smiled wryly at your CD sorting challenge for mine (would you believe) are in alphabetical order by artist except for compliations which are under V for various ... I cannot stand having them out of order ....

Mine are like this too - all in alphabetical order by artist (and in date order if there's more than one by any artist!) Compliations come at the end though. My albums are arranged like this too. I'd never find what I wanted to play if they were randomly arranged - it'd take too long!

Right - I'm going to do my usual list but make sure 5 of them are a bit more challenging and these will count for the 5 extras. Hope that's ok.
