Thanks to Pigpen and Toots/Soappie and everyone else for being generally lovely.

Count me in, aiming for five stars once I get past my busy day tomorrow.

Five things, hmmm. By close of play on Sunday 12th July 2009 I will:
    1. Sort Playroom toyboxes and book cases ready for holidays
    2. Clear Old work filing box - check for anything that needs to be sent to them, burn/shred the rest (left four years ago and they still havent collected it!)
    3. Clear SS2's room of boxes, find permanent homes for things like the never used ironing board and the christmas tree which will not fit in the loft
    4. Clear DSs wardrobe of kitchen stuff - if I havent used it in the last year will I ever use it again? :o
    5. Sort CD's into correct boxes
I may regret setting these levels this high - in fact I shall clarify a minimum of half hour on each task so it is realistic and achievable:p.

    Question

Does my 'one-a-day (or 7-a-weekend) list' count towards the 5 things or do I need another 5 things  ?

Oops... forgot to do the watering while it was light :o I'd better go and get it done!

And then I just might do a bit of the kitchen before relaxing in the bath with a trashy novel (I'm just mentioning this to make those of you with children who never get to spend the odd hour or so reading in the bath feel jealous ;))

I've done some paperwork... just need to reply to a wedding invitation. I'm not sure whether I need to send a very formal response or just a note telling them I'll be there and how much I'm looking forward to it... probably the latter, but I never know how to tell

Thanks for the lists! Having had a very lazy week in the heat I had to really get to grips with everything on Friday as DS , his partner and DGD came to stay (until tomorrrow!) This week I'll try to do a bit more each day!
(Will be back to edit when I've thought of my five extras for the week!)

    1. AGM minutes typed up (from March!!!)
    2. Insurance paperwork dealt with.
    3. 2 boxes sorted from spare room
    4. Ironing basket emptied
    5. Dining table cleared - wonder what the surface looks like????

    Think twice before spending anything!

    Evening

Hugs thanks to Pigpen (hope DD had a fab day that wasnt too stressful for you) and Toots (and her alias) for the thread. Once again I got lost keeping up with you all, but I promise that apart from the office/study/junk room and our bedroom the house looks in pretty good declyttered shape( shame I cant do anything about the amount of decorating that needs doing - the Forth bridge gets finished quicker than our house!). I do appreciate what you peeps all put into it and feel bad for not keeping up and responding to you all when you have all been there for me :o.

My 5 extras this week will be
    • Sort out the baskets above the door in cloakroom
    • Sort out baskets in shelf in utility
    • Sort out the dog shelf in the utility
    • Make lunches the night before for my 2 and the french student [STRIKE]S[/STRIKE],M,T,W,Th
    • Iron work/schoolwear the night before for me and DD S,M,T,W,Th
Thats it commitment made so will try.

    See you all tomorrow hopefully
