Quillion *hugs* honey, you are truly a good friend to your friend. I know how hard it is when you see her as unfortunately I have been there. Not as a friend though, I was the one that was sectioned and I remember how hard it was for my husband seeing me like that. Even now if I am crazy with my meds I can go off the wall, so to speak. Unfortunately when you have a breakdown you are so much prone to mental health problems. Also breakdowns have a habit of reoccuring, which is not nice for the person or their friends. You will find that once she gets her medication sorted out that you will have your friend back albeit a bit quieter for a while. As others have said if you need to offload, then we are here for you. If you need anyone to talk to then please don't hesitate to contact me as, according to my therapist, I am going through a form of a breakdown at the moment. Thankfully it isn't as bad as t'others have been and I am reasonably lucid and aware of what I am doing. But I have to be watched carefully by D and a close friend.

Well done juliejim on not having any ironing to do. Now you just have to keep this up.

    We have rain!

Can you send it this way please? We have brilliant sunshine and blue skies..grr!!

Morning everyone :) I am sitting here watching a pair of thrushes pottering around my garden collecting all sorts of food and other weird things. It's lovely to watch them. There are also two baby sparrows on the seed tray being fed - aww they are so cute. Although one is munching the seed himself and t'other one is waiting for mum to feed him. Sparrowmum is being very diligent and picking out all the nice things for this baby one..Ooops she has just seen off an adult sparrow that wanted to feed on the table at the same time..I think she is feeling very protective at the moment. :)

I'm absolutely shattered as my darling Jet got me up at 5.30am for some unknown reason. I kept shooing him downstairs with D but he wasn't interested, he kept bounding back upstairs. So I gave in and got up, and then the cheeky wotsit only went and curled up on my side of the bed..hmmmfff!!

Well I've been productive, apart from watching the birds in the garden. I've put a load of washing in so that I can get it out and dry before the rain comes, and I've also cleaned the fridge inside. Now I want to know how come it gets cleaned each week where do all the empty jars come from that I ended up recycling..

    1. Clear the storage box of ironing (post picture when done!)
    2. Clean out top shelf in airing cupboard
    3. Clear out food cupboard in kitchen.
    4. Take books to the library (DO NOT forget)
    5. Clear out 2 drawers in the living room cupboards
Ooooh goody, the starlings that were trying to turf the sparrow family off the feeder have now been dive bombed by the collared dove..lol. Serves them right, they should wait their turns. Hmm I now have a wood pigeon that thinks it's a collared dove - it is being fed by the dove. Now this is just weird!!
