Sorry but it's a post and run today! First of all, thanks for the link Dusty. Much appreciated. We've got 9 with it now and they'll close the school if it gets to 20%. Saying that - 60 children were kept off today as their parents didn't want them there. I reckon if mine are going to get it then they'll get it so i'm not panicking yet!

By the way, pooch is fine now...acting like a puppy and wolfing down all food. I'm sure they like us to look stoopid!

I've got to take dad to the emergency clinic now so fingers crossed!!!!

Hugs to everyone who needs them and to those who don't if they want them xxxx

Just had a teacher phone me to ask if I'll go on the Year 1 trip on Thursday as they can't get enough parents from that group. She sounded desperate so I said ok I'd do it. Not told DS3 yet, don't think he'll be impressed that I'm out with another year group. That was my only free day this week too so flying could be affected.

Valli at my interview, I needed my CRB check, my degree certificates and a photo ID. I didn't have my CRB check with me, and had to go back the next day with it, as legally they are not able to offer you a job without seeing it.
Point taken BUT it's not a teaching job I am going for altrhough it is in a schooland subject to passing CRB so I will take it. I really hope I get it as I am mentally plotting and planning a whole new lifestyle here...and thinking of all the things I won't have to do come September...

Hi everyone. Feeling a bit better now. Just stayed in bed all day and slept lots. Still got a bit of a headache but loads better all the same. So, of course, I haven't done any flying. Fortunately my mum had DD2 all day and did the school run for DD1 so I've been able to concentrate on getting better. DH will be on his way back by now with DD1 from her swimming lesson and DD2 will be dropped off by my mum and dad shortly. My mum has also dried 2 loads of washing for me and ironed some too. :j

Greenbee...shame you're so far away from me as there is a brilliant shop near me that sells cake decorating stuff and boxes. I'd would offer to buy some for you and post them but at the moment I can't guarantee that I'll be well enough tomorrow to go out. Will have to see how I am.

Well done AnW's mum with the RoD. :j

Hopefully I'll get some more done tomorrow as I want to be able to do my 5 items list.

Yey past the 10k steps today, wonder how many more I'll manage. Dinner nearly done and then onto early baths I think.

Good luck with the diet Valli - I like Slimming World full stop.

Mudbath, we have someone off at my PT work with suspected swine flu which is fun in a small office.

I did manage to get some stuff done in my HHC before I got sucked into more conference calls. I for one will be glad when this week is over! WM is on, but I need to get the TD on and iron stuff for tomorrow before I borrow tomorrows sysns so I can drink more wine, and think about cooking dinner for my poor DH who may get back some time before 9pm if he is lucky.

Right off to Morrison's now. I have sent Toots an e mail with a WMV attachment so when you get it DO listen...it's worth it!
Hex I like week 1 because you can have a right good loss the first week before it settles down to a steady 1-2 pound a week...but I dolike it, it's easily managed.
