i've requested to join the FB group. i've never attempted the flylady thing, but i'm hoping i can gain some inspiration from you guys as i've got SO much stuff that needs doing on a daily basis, but it all seems so overwhelming and i never seem to get the motivation to get off my bum and just DO IT!
i'm hoping that breaking it all down will help a bit!0 -
Change of plan... DD not feeling well, so had to pick her up from school - then OH decided to work from home. As he works on the kitchen table, I went and Level 3'd the bathroom instead!

it does help beki i'm the same before joining this site i struggled with what to do when so i didn't do it or only did enough so didn't look to bad now i find this much easier and i feel so much better.
if u r like me and only tidy up once a day i add on little bits as i go like if it says declutter floor in living room i do my kitchen to cause doing it everyday it stays tidier i only do down stairs every day and bits i have to then the rest of the stuff i do as it says on the list. or you could do flylady daliy rountines0 -
Magnificent Monday ~Crabby kitchen!
Level One
[STRIKE]Clear and wipe worksurfaces
Empty and wash out the bin.. make it smell sweet!
[/STRIKE]Level Two
[STRIKE]Wipe all appliances.. large and small
Wipe over units and kickboards
[/STRIKE]Sweep and mop the floor
Level Three
Sort and wipe a cupboard.. throw away all those germ harbouring chipped plates and mugs!
Thoroughly clean the oven and hob
[STRIKE]Wipe the table.. does it need a clean cloth?
[/STRIKE]Extras
- Wash any filters that need it.. don't forget the extractor hood!
- Wash the windows if they need it
- Clean/descale a small appliance.. shake the crumbs from the toaster.. defuzz the kettle...
- [STRIKE] Scrub out the fridge.. incorporate those 'slightly wilting' things into your meal plan! [/STRIKE]
Level one
Declutter the floors and flat surfaces
[STRIKE]Empty and wash out wastepaper baskets etc
[/STRIKE]Level Two
Wipe sofas
Vacuum floors... or mop them.. whatever..
Wipe over any paintwork/doors etc
Level three
[STRIKE]Vacuum under furniture you are able to move without injuring yourself
Wash any soft furnishings
[/STRIKE]Do a BIIIIIIG declutter... tots gone, shoes gone, paperwork gone...
