Back from reflexology... apparently AF is due any moment. I just hope she's gone by Saturday . Lunch (leftovers) eaten.

I suppose I should go into town and pick up the stuff I need from the sugarcraft shop. And I need petrol. Then I can come back and sort out the LR before meeting up with a friend for an after work walk (hopefully it won't rain too heavily on us... I've only done just over 1000 steps today, so I've got a lot do to do beat yesterday's total!

Flower - so pleased to hear things are going well for you at work, even if it means we won't see you for a bit. Make sure you keep us updated!

Rose - I know you're disappointed about your weight loss, but it quite often happens that you lose a lot to begin with, and then it gets harder. Try keeping a food diary so that you can identify where the bad snacks are creeping in, and keep up the exercise. Also try Toots' suggestion of having a glass of water when you think you're hungry - you might be thirsty. If you're still hungry, then have something like carrot & celery sticks or some slices of apple or banana and eat them slowly. Try having soup for lunch too, as that helps you feel full for longer. My GP has informed me that the whole 'low blood sugar' thing is a bit of a red herring unless you are diabetic - if you eat properly, you shouldn't have a problem, and remember, its when today's food has all be used up that you start burning what you've stored! Well done on what you've achieved so far, and keep it up - remember, hex has set the goalposts high, so we've all got a lot to aim for to keep up with her!
