Morning all! Looks like it's going to be a nice day out there, the sun is coming out, the birds are singing, the cloud is drifting away, there is a nice breeze...
Thanks rosepink. It's unfortunately out of stock in all the Argos near me. Shame as it was a better price than I was expecting. But I'll look for a digital one on Amazon or Ebay.
That's a shame, hope you manage to get one online

    Where are you?

they have one in store here I could pick up and post to you but obviously that would be another £1 or so (depending on size.. first class stamp might cover it actually and I have millions of those) ..

    Let me know :D
:A How sweet, what a great idea!

Hope your headache is better now Embb. Mine is still lurking but tons better than yesterday

Gsysezz well done for getting your first star

    Welcome back Madcatgirl

Methekidsandthecat hope the xray is helpful and tells you what the problem is (a problem that’s not too bad and can be easily sorted I hope)

I'm a bit annoyed with myself because I haven't lost any weight despite all the walking - I need to be stricter with myself about what I eat. Last week I had a creamy curry sauce from the Farmer's Market twice, and then DH made cauliflower cheese and we had that two nights running with our dinner. Plus I need to watch what I eat in the evenings, I think I've been too relaxed about that.

5 things to do this week:
Sew up cushion cover (wedding present)
Write and give wedding card and wrap and give wedding present
Do Tim’s accounts twice this week for an hour each time
Stick number plate back on to car
    Get window cleaner
    Magnificent Monday ~Crabby kitchen!
    Level One
    Level Two
    Sweep and mop the floor
    Level Three
Sort and wipe a cupboard.. throw away all those germ harbouring chipped plates and mugs!
    Thoroughly clean the hob
Tuesday ~ Living Room/s, Hall, Stairs
    Level one
Declutter the floors and flat surfaces
    Level Two
    Wipe sofas
Vacuum floors... or mop them.. whatever..
    Wipe over any paintwork/doors etc
    Level three
Vacuum under furniture you are able to move without injuring yourself
    Wash any soft furnishings
Do a BIIIIIIG declutter... tots gone, shoes gone, paperwork gone...

Do we have to throw away our tots? I don't have any but I'm sure I could borrow a friend's toddler and throw him away LOL

Hope you're all well, haven't read the thread over the weekend, I've been to London to see The Killers last night & they were fabulous, absolutely amazing!! So I'm afraid I've lots of flying to catch up on!!

    Hi all you lovely flypeople...

I know we're not allowed to chat mid-week, so I will make this brief...

As you know, I haven't been on here much lately, just been busy with lots of work and stuff, but have been trying to keep up with the lists, which I printed out and have a copy pinned up so anyone (hopefully ) can do them.

I just wanted to say that I won't be on here for a while as things have just got manic here with work and stuff (all good :D) and to thank you all for all the help you have shown me over the last few months. I have been grateful to have you as friends, even if it is virtual, as you are some of the most friendly, helpful and kind people I have ever had the fortune to 'meet'.

I'm sorry I won't be able to keep up with all your successes and happy moments or any of the trials and tribulations that you help each other through, as I just can't manage it at the moment, but just wanted to wish each and every one of you well. I dare say things will quieten down, and I hope to pop back at a later date - I hope you'll have me ;)

    Take care,

ETA: Just read your post flower - I hope things get a bit calmer for you. Take care of yourself and don't overdo things. It's been a pleasure meeting you too. I'm hoping that when I start my new job that I'll be able to keep up, as last time I was teaching full time, I had to bow out of the thread too.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
