Also meant to say on last post, getting worried I am cleaning a bit much as when I was sitting earlier doing my finances I realised a spider had crawled from somewhere and was sitting beside me on the sofa arm :eek::eek:. I don't normally mind beasties but I detest 8 legged freaks
(have to admit it is now a squished spider
, feel bad killing one of God's creatures but it was a relex thing involving a me jumping in the air, cushion grabbing and uncontrolled squishing!)......anyway, ready steady go for the HHC.......if anyone fancies it
.
i worked hard for those stars:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
. I like the smileys/emoticons by the way....I can never find decent ones.

OJK - glad everyone is ok but ..... your stories do make me smile

Hugs and prayers also for all those going through a split and for any LOs

Helen Jelly - Happy Wedding Day.
Toots - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday are done. Just need to hoover and make beds for Thursday/Friday stars which I will do as soon as DH wakes up.
I have even managed to do one of my five:- Sort Playroom toyboxes and book cases ready for holidays Sorted through the bedrrom ones instead! - One black bag for freecycle, one for charity shop and one for binning
- Clear Old work filing box - check for anything that needs to be sent to them, burn/shred the rest (left four years ago and they still havent collected it!)
- Clear SS2's room of boxes, find permanent homes for things like the never used ironing board and the christmas tree which will not fit in the loft
- [STRIKE]Clear DSs wardrobe of kitchen stuff - if I havent used it in the last year will I ever use it again?
[/STRIKE]
- Sort CD's into correct boxes Valli - they were all sorted and in order, but DH has been messing with his iphone and they are all jumbled up and left out of boxes!

Well I'll add my belated Happy Wedding day wishes to Helen Jelly and I am also thinking of Greenbee's brother's wedding - not least because we have all 'lived' with the cake IYSWIM...
Dragged my pal round Marks buying interview blouses and we have agreed that I ought to wear tights *bah*
sexy 'tis an admin job in a school...cross your fingers for me...using excel mainly. I am aiming for a better work/life balance as I'm the captain of this ship and the pigging crew and I haven't got time to do it all IYSWIM.
And, to the person who told me that teenagers are just as demanding as toddlers - you were right - and they go to bed later...only difference is you can let them go to the park on their own and you can leave them in when you go to the shops...
Oh I have a new kettle...(constant whirl of excitement, my life, LOL)Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Have had a lazy day. Went out to the butcher and greengrocer earlier then sat and read a newspaper (I hardly ever do that these days). Then the hairdresser came and did my highlights. I fear I'm not going to get the ironing finished today. Nor am I going to achieve many steps. My knees are killing me this afternoon. They are constantly aching. I think it's all the damp. I am considering a bit of self medication with Gordon...I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
