HHC done - I can't believe how much I can do in half an hour - my, I've been a lazy slob recently, also can't believe how much it motivates you to do more!

soappie - we've got rain too (on and off), so I didn't bother getting up early ....

    Happy Birthday TAG!!!

    Good luck Rach

    (((hugs))) Natty

Now soappie's had her rain, can someone send over a bit of sun, as I need to get a walk in this morning (I have to go to the post office for stamps and the shop for yogurt) and I don't want to go in the rain!

Blimus - a number of us are trying to lose weight ... if you want to join rose, myself and a few others on our walking challenge, you're very welcome. We're trying to live up to hex's example, as she's gone down two sizes this year by (from what I remember) starting running and using SW to stop eating rubbish.

neveah - tell DH that if he gives you a hand you'll have time to sit and chill out with him... it'll take half the time with two of you!

OK, I need to fill the DW and set it off, put a load of washing in, then get dressed, finish the kitchen and then either go for a walk or make a start on my desk, depending on the rain.

    Smarty pants

I read back some of the thread and see that lots of you had Children from hell on Saturday - there was definately something in the air. Mine was exactly the same.

He flew into an absolute RAGE on saturday when we were at my friends house for a BBQ and got put for a time out in her little boys room - he was up there screaming and shouting to himself for a good 10 - 20 mins!

I swear he had been possessed.

    Anyway, happy flying folks! xx
