    Evening Flyladies,

Been to Tesco, had dinner (Rabbit Stew) - only joking! Had to try and be light-hearted cos have heard all the jokes today from guys at work, that's the last time I tell them my Wabbit Woes! At least it was only wild-life and not a family pet or god forbid a person!

My dot to dot is working it's way around the livingroom, have the coffee table to clean and one sofa then that's me done. Did a stupid thing though, cleaned my windows and my glass table with Shower Sparkle instead of window/glass cleaner, looks ok though, ha! I really should get my eyes tested!

Going to log off now so can put lappy away to do the coffee table, hugs to everyone who needs them xx

I'm another one with no stars, but I'm quite pleased with what I have done. I must must must clean the bathroom on Sunday or Monday at the latest. I'm too tired tonight to do it, and need to save my energy for tomorrow as I have a long day. Am going to a JW convention tomorrow - it's three days long which is too much for me healthwise, so I'm doing Saturday this weekend with my parents and then Friday and Sunday next weekend with DH. Am really looking forward to it, but am apprehensive about the crowds and being away from home all day, but I know I can do it as long as I keep myself as relaxed as possible. It will be a lovely day tho, lots of spiritual food, and seeing my family and friends from where I used to live, plus a chance to dress up!

    Have a lovely weekend everyone!

soappie - they can all be complete nutters!!! Especially vendors, as they want top dollar for theirs but then want a 'bargain' on the one they are buying - cos the market price has dropped in my village by 20-25%. But theirs is is the only one that hasn't dropped, cos it such an 'outstanding/marvelous/fantastic property!! Blo$dy numpties. How I keep my jovial, smiley, helpful voice on the go all day is a miracle. Though since I've been in this game, my swearing has got out of all control!!! Nice as pie on the phone, unless like today they are being totally totally unreasonable, then when phone call ends I call them all the names under the sun.
Love my job and hate it at the same time - how's that possible??? :(
I work my b£lls off for a pittance - office manager and chief negotiator for the grand total of £14,000 grand a year with a very small commission rating to boot.Haven't ever had even a cost of living wage rise in 3 years :(

Re Wabbits, we had a bunny that was kept outside in the summer and inside in the winter (a housebunny). In the summer her hutch was on the lawn which was fenced off so she could run around and enjoy herself. One evening when it was getting dark my sister went down the garden to put the bunny away and she came in all shocked and upset and said that something had eaten bunny and all that was left was her rib cage which was sitting where bunny usually sat on top of her hutch (she liked to sit on the roof to see what was going on in her domain). Dad went down to see what had happened and found the bunny safe and well...mum had got a cauli, taken out the middle for us to eat and she'd taken the outside bit down the garden, leaving it whole. The bunny had eaten the leaves but left the white stalks which were sticking up and in the dark looked like ribs! My poor lil sister was really scared! It was funny afterward tho!

  • Evening everyone!

:jIts happy weekend time - so glad don't have work tomorrow!!!:j

Did precisely b- all yesterday - but today have typed out letter for Mum in my lunch hour and also printed it at work - shhhhh don't tell anyone - my printer is out of ink.

Spent and hour and a half on the phone last night tryng to shore up Mum's very shakey confidence and lighten her mood. She feels guilty that she is 'ruining my life' but taking up so much time - tried so hard to be positive yesterday then when I phone tonight got another hour of the same. She has had bed days all week so the little job I asked her to do before i come back at the weekend hasn't been done and she feels terrible. I have tried not giving any guidance but she then starts several things and doesn't finish any so I though that one little job may give her some focus.

So have decided that will travel down tomorrow night so I will be ready for work first thing on Sunday morning - we will work until 1pm - then I am going to take Mum and Dad on a drive to look at the 3 possible properties they can bid on. then we will stop off for coffee. i am hoping that after i drop them off i can leave for home - should get back around 8 as I have to be in work early on Monday morning.

Ok list for tomorrow shortly after I have bellowed at not so DD to wipe up - only been asking since got in from work at 6.30!!

methekids- oh bless you my love, you are being such a lovely caring daughter and you should be very proud of yourself. My mum went through this with my beloved grandad, it's draining I know, especially even though I went round 4 times a week he would put his 'brave face' on, as for him he couldn't let his granddaughter see how he really was and how hard it was to cope with just everyday living. It's the ones they are closest to who have to cope the best they can. Massive massive hugs for you xxx
