Just to let you know that the Ticket Scotland website has the online booking option again for the 20th and 22nd again but not the 19th and 23rd. Haven't tried to see if the links work or not.
  • Just make sure folks that the card your using is your own, can't believe i got through to tktscot and they said that. So if i had a female voice I would have four tickets now.
I'm giving up, been 13 hours now approx. Good luck everyone.
If anyone fancies getting me a couple from Ripping please do, I've had it now.

So, I have finally got through (try most of yesterday and today) - got very good at working with one hand!

I got 12 tickets (all for mates - no reselling!) for Sunday night - and that's on the same row, so I would really keep trying. It really does sound like there are quite a lot of tickets still left.

And to echo other's comments - the woman on the other end of the phone was very helpful. This probably won't stop me making a complaint higher up to Usher Hall though - those answering the phone are doing a good job, now those commissioning, writing and supporting the online systems need to do the same.

Good Luck, and thanks for all the messages over the last 2 days - it has kept me sane and been much more useful than info from anywhere else.

I've given up on the phone now, been trying all day, had I still been at work I could have been over to ticket scotland in under 5 minutes, just typical isn't it.

Off to try and get my wife to leave work and go to Rose Street !
