14.5hours of my life that i'll never get back sitting listening to do dododododo. im officially out, my house phone battery has packed up. I'll maybe try once or twice tomorrow but iv now accepted the fact that wont be getting to see Billy live. I just have to break it to my family that i was trying to get the tickets for too. :(

I am at a complete loss. I have been trying online and on the phone since 10am yesterday morning to get tickets. I stopped when the message came up yesterday, then started again this morning, and took only an hour break to go to a meeting. And here I am at nearly 7pm (I can't even begin to think how many wasted hours later) without a ticket. I just cannot believe what a massive mess they have made of this. I've gone through the process of getting tickets for high demand gigs before (Madonna, Britney, U2, Take That- I even had tickets for the Michael Jackson gigs at the O2) but never been as shocked at a lack of professionalism than that which I have witnessed first hand over the last two days. Yes, I am disappointed I am not going to get to go to the gig, but given my impression of the Usher Hall I'm just glad they didn't get their share of my £30.

As for those who got tickets over the weekend- congratulations, but I think it is a disgrace that you had the opportunity to do this in the first place. Yet another fault of the venue. As for those who are selling their tickets on ebay- SHAME ON YOU! Absolutely disgusted by you.
