Thanks, happy to have tickets now after the Glasgow fiasco where I wasn't sure if I had tickets or not. Edinburgh is more convenient anyway.

Finally got through to Glasgow Help Desk and cancelled Glasgow tickets so result. Thanks again I am sure that by tomorrow when the tickets go on sale officially they will be as good as sold out.

THanks Edinburghlass for pointing this out - put some in my basket and credit card details and it says 'event is closed for sale'. Perhaps they've stopped the bookings as the phone lines open soon :(

Or has anyone else bought some this morning ?

ggggrrrrrr, im annoyed with the usher halls webiste, iv been on since before 10am and billy connolly is still not listed on there concert page so you still cant book tickets online, and the pages keep crashing and i was getting the engaged tone when phoning but now its saying theres a technical fault. You'd think by now these places would have a system that could cope with what they now is gonna be a high demand show!!!!!! (rant over)

Aaaaaarrrrgggghhhhh I am rapidly going doolally with this! The worst thing is I'm friendly with the general manger at the Usher Hall. Hubby was nagging me to ask him if he could get tickets on the hush hush, but I didn't think that was fair & thought it would be ok as long as I was online at 10am ready to book. Wish I'd just done it now.

Has anyone managed to get through?????

agree completely, iv just filled out the contact us page on the webiste to complain and it wont even send it!!!
I'll just send it the conventional email way if i can get an address. Heres what i wrote though....

'Iv been online this morning trying to get tickets for Billy Connelly as your website cleasrly states that you can ONLY order tickets through this site or over the phone. Iv been on the site since before 10am and the site still doesn't even have Billy Connelly's show listed so i cant even attempt to buy tickets. Why publicise a facility which you are not providing? And the phone line is no good either as all BT keep telling me is there is a technical fault and to try again.
This was clearly going to be a show very much in demand it would of been better at least if your website at the very least was prepared for the demand which is being placed on it this monring allowing fans to book only instead of having to try and get through on a phone line! '

    Im rattled can you tell?!?!
