Hi there, someone said they got them as I think their database wasn't set correct so it has been listing them for sale, when it shouldn't have....I have not managed to get any, and I'm not happy, been trying since 10am, and phone is constantly engaged.

If they are having problems and have now stated that on their website can't they give us an estimated time when the problem will be fixed? I can't stay sat on the computer all day waiting to see when they have fixed their problems

Im really annoyed. i saw the message on the website, but that doesnt help as to when we will be able to get tickets. Iv been sitting in this chair since 9.30, it sucks!

Hi all, I have just come across this forum and noticed your all as frustrated as I am. I too have been unable to purchase tickets and have sent off a complaint. It is ridic, unless we are all able to stay glued to the website all day we may miss out on the chance of purchasing tickets when they do become available.

I agree! It is a disgrace, another fiasco, just like the SECC! :mad:

Thanks for that, i'm just in the middle of sending an email as well and my friend is now doing the same.
Yes they are now giving us the information about problems but that doesn't help and it does not give an indication if the tickets are sold out or when the problem will be resolved.

I've not done much work today. :embarasse

Hubby looked at that yesterday........SOLD OUT! :mad:
So has Aberdeen.

I just got an engaged tone when I phoned the box office and not the BT announcement, I wonder if they are resolving the problem.....

I cant believe people managed to book already and selling on ebay (some even saying its sold out but im sure thats just scaremongering).

i was dialling from 10am on the dot and also looking at website, gave up at 11.30!

i will try to stay online as long as i can, but might not even be fixed today.

i hope its not sold out!!
