Billy Connolly tickets for Glasgow/Edinburgh *sold out*

Managed to get 2 tickets last night for Saturday but it looked like other dates werent available till this morning.
Like others I cant get the shows up on website and have beeen trying the phone for ages. Desperately need another 2 for sons birthday on the Tuesday or Wednesday.
In search results for Billy Connolly it says "There are no relevant shows to display"

I am foaming!! After being unable to get tickets for Glasgow, thought I would book Edinburgh.....what a joke!!

To find out they sold tickets on Saturday and Sunday has made me irrate, no link on usher hall site to let me book, and phone engaged constantly, someone has cocked up witht he database and released tickets early.

I have sent a complaint via usher hall contact page!

how did you manage to send the complaint iv tried but it wont let me. Evertime i hit send now i get an error page.
Im listening to forth one and grant is trying to get word from the usher hall about what is going on. they've had so many people contact them moaning about it.
My mum is really fed up and phone the daily record to tell them about it all. lol

Hi there, I clicked on contact and selected box office and fired off a complaint, it worked ok for me, guess that was my only bit of luck!

Think it is a disgrace people have bought and are now selling on ebay!
And to have managed to get tickets before they should have gone on sale.....cheek of them!
Daily Record will love this......they don't have a good relationship with BC....but Usher Hall should stand up and take blame for this fiasco.

Just been posted on Usher Hall website !

"We are currently experiencing a comms problem which means we are unable to process transactions on line or on the phone. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause"

How did you get tickets last night? When I tryed it said they weren't on sale yet.
I'm so annoyed. Been hitting redial on my phone for an hour an a half now and have had no luck. Think I might just give up now.

Just got through on the phone lines again to get an automated message saying they have telecoms issues and sorry for any inconvenience.
