yip it does seem that way. screw up is an understatement and i can still can send my complaint in! lol.

there are only two sets on ebay so i can't believe theyre all sold out already.
surely there must be plenty of tickets left as everyone must be in the same boat as us... getting nowhere on the website and no further on the phonline..

This is so annoying, been on the phone since 10am. Its always engaged and website wont let me buy them.

What a farce!

I had a look on the website last night and they weren't selling them then. They said they would only go on sale today at 10am. Have not been able to get them on their website or on the phone. Been trying to get through on the phone for the past hour and 10 mins!
Is there something wrong with their phone line or is it just realy busy?
I did get through at one point to get an automated message telling me that there was no one available at the box office and to leave a message!

This is shocking, I've been trying to get tickets since 10am as well.
Have managed to get through on the phone a couple of times only to get an answering machine that tells you the lines open at 10am on 6 July, well colour me stupid but is that not today?

I searched for them yesterday as well, but they were not available to purchase on the website, it was only showing the info about buying them today.

This seems so unfair!

There were PLENTY left this morning at 8am when I tried but even after putting payment details in, it said they weren't for sale. I had my seats selected and everything

I dont know why we are suprised there is problems it is just another example of the way promoters/ticket outlets treat the general public but you can guarantee that the hanger on's of our society wont be sitting in the front of a computer or constantly having to listen to the awful engaged tone or pressing f5 for a glimer of hope that they get the chance to see someone that they have probably followed for years

You see this sort of think at all major events the working man that has forked out his/her own money for the chance to attend an event stuck at the back to allow our so called celebritys a front row seat so they can get there face on tv or in the next edition of heat

Have i taken that too far?????????????:rotfl:but that do do do do do or sorry all our lines are busy at the moment please get yourself and a pair of comfy slippers and a quilt as you may be here for some time but dont worry we are only charging you premium rate to listen to Enya is a bit wearing after a while
