Paypal are holding my money and won't release it how can i sue?

I had the same problem and managed to refund my partner for some money he sent me a few weeks before and the rest back to my bingo account - they accused me of money laundering because I was foolish enough to transfer my £300 win on Paddypower into paypal. They held over £400 and I sent my drivers lisense, bank statements everthing. The people on the phone were about as helpful as a chocolate teapot.
My account was also verified and had been for years. Its frustrating and I totally sympathise with you. I really hope it is sorted quickly for you
