Should finish the letter Yours Faithfully rather than Yours Sincerely - since you've put Dear Sir/Madam.

Very pedantic, but very true none the less full marks for grammar although i will admit to using the wrong term "sincerely" in these instances, i mean who really cares?

I mean your supposed to use "Yours Faithfully" if you don't know the persons name you are writing to, but if i don't even know your name why do i give a damn if such a minor indiscretion in my grammar offends you, :rotfl:

It could of been worse, they could have wrote the whole letter in txt spk innit ...:rotfl:

I'm really disappointed that you won't help me Cyril, My family and I are suffering because of Paypal holding this money in my account which they won't give back, I respect your decision though.

What is their correct UK Address? Is it Hotham House or Whittaker House?

I did send a letter to Paypal (UK) Limited, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1EH 10 days ago but received no reply.

Ok Cyril you dont need to keep replying with your unhelpful comments. Why don't you go ponder the freebie section.

Most legal things need to be done in writing anyway so i would still phone them up and let them know a letter has been sent and to expect it by Tuesday.

My account is Verified yet they still keep asking me to send more I.D and Proof Of Address which i won't do

By this statement one may pressume that they have contacted you about this matter and you know exactly who they have frozen it

You have chosen rather than to comply to go your own route

Did you consider re supplying this info as requested ?
    If not why not ?

So what if you have given it before it's for your protection ?

Seems to me you are making it more difficult by doing it your way instead of there way

You don't know what you are talking about, i gave my reasons for not helping the op further in a previous post but as it related to "issues" currently being reviewed by the MSE team it was removed.

That’s why i said i have already posted detailed advice on what to do on this already, it's all there if the op looks for it but i have reason to suspect he knows that already ;)

Snide personal comments? I'm not exactly best friends with cyril, but that's just childish.

    RIGHT:-

I sent a letter today by recorded delivery to this address:-

    Paypal Europe Limited
Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1EH.

I informed them that if my money is not released within 7 days I will be taking Court action against them.

I also sent a letter to their Offices in Luxembourg and have emailed them too.

I bet they still don't pay up.

They are holding over £200 of my money, It isn't their's to hold or keep.
