It doesn't look like this is the best place for this sort of forum, but thanks Becles for your help!

Hopefully a lot of people who have posted on this and the other thread will now start posting more on other MSE forums.

Becles congratulations on your marriage. We are all walking on eggshells as no one wants to offend anyone and being the dim blonde I was unaware of what was going on behind the scenes I dont want anyone not to use the board but I dont want anyone to misbehave either.

I hope that your big day goes smoothly for you.

Just a suggestion for you mystery shopping lot but when there was a lot of hassle on another site I visit a couple of the members set their own similar site up. I know the new site was free, though they said the down side of it was it had horrendous pop-ups. My pop up blocker worked overtime on there. I have no idea how you'd set one up but someone on the technical board of this site might be able to help.
Just you all seem to be looking for a home, so wondered why a few of you don't set up your own.

Though it's nice to see so many new people, so hope you'll still post on here too :)

There's plenty of sites that host you free

Proboards - Very simple setup - have a forum in minutes

ezboard - Used to be the big one but has fallen out of favour with a lot of people

Forumer - offers you phpBB or Invision but seemed to having lots of server problems last time I looked.

But you'd really need to get everyone to agree to go to the new forum. It's kind of sad browsing through proboards. Some people have set up really beautifully designed boards - that no-one posts on.

It looks like the lms yahoo site may be the way forward. :) Which I think is probably better than trying to make it fit on here as its not really the right place for it.
Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!

Personally I think it might be a good idea.

As an allocator for a MS company I'm always looking for new shoppers, and MSE has 80,000 registered users... ;):D

  • I have just found a really good new forum for mystery shoppers, it is at http://mstearooms.proboards104.com/index.cgi there seem to be lots of familiar names on there. I have joined, it will be great to see more friends gathering.
