If you are selling any business, avoid signing any contract with RTA Business Sales, also known as RTA Business Consultants, and RTA Business Transfer Agents; UNLESS you have asked to have sight of their contract BEFORE you agree to meet their Sales Representative.

RTA purport to be the largest commercial sales agents, but they are unregulated and do not belong to any Trade bodies. RTA's contracts have been found, in court, to contain unfair terms.

If you are having problems with RTA, or have a complaint against them, type rta-complaints.blogspot.com into Google to lead you to a site that contains help and advice.
