  • Hey LP
sorry to hear about the health probs with the pregnancy....Im sure OH will survive with the housework though - its surprising what they can manage when they run out of clean stuff to wear/eat off! ;)
I agree men are eternal children- OH only ever gets irate when it has to do with computer- you would think it was real! aw bless :rotfl: you made me laugh with the lego game, they really dont grow up do they?
good luck with the ebay listings, I did read someone say there was free listings (think it was michelle- thank you whoever it was!) I have a load of stuff earmarked for ebay but something about it seems too complicated- have had a lot of luck with amazon and books are easier to post, but clothes and stuff not sure whether the cost of postage would be worth it! good luck, clearing out has definitely made me realise how much money Ive spent in the past on things I dont really need!
also hi Kimmy btw (love your username!) do start a diary if you like, it does get strangely addictive tho :rotfl: scary to post your outgoings, but people do have some great ideas on cutting down, we have saved so much money (and managed to unexpectedly survive on only one wage this summer) by doing this

anyway, off to catch up on some diaries before OH gets up and the sunday computer marathon starts! ;)

It's nice to have readers. Makes me realise i am typing away for something other than myself.

Not alot doing here. Pelvis hurts and OH wants me to make muffins for him for supper and to take to work tomorrow. I am less than keen but TBH it would only take 15 ish minutes which would then shut him up and he can do the whole putting in the oven, making sure they don't burn and taking them out. My OH has a very physical job and TBH I prefer him to be eating something I know is reasonably healthy than a mars bar or 3 packets of crisps.

8 of my items have bids already. interesting :). I am such an ebay sloth, I actually hate it because of the hassle it is.

Yes, mine plays Call of Duty, in fact he's playing it now and yelling at the telly again! No Scalextric here but I have just bought him a Wii for our 3rd wedding anniv. Think I'm my own worst enemy....
I dont think Id have time to do a diary on here, I work shifts, 12 hour days and nights and a read only internet at work - rubbish! Prob a good thing tho, cos I would be on here ALL the time!

we have the full set, will 360 and ps3. Still it shuts him up for the most part. Although not when he bought streetfighter for his 360 and him and his friends had a 'battle' on it, they were not impressed when I a mear girl kicked bum

  • Ouch Pixie, your condition sounds painful. Do rest up. Lisitng Ebay stuff sounds like as much exertion as you should be doing. Make sure you take lots of care,

Sore losers. Seriously. Grown men wanting revenge because a girl beat them. Shockingly bad.

I'm on the lookout for a new savings account. some of the building societies are offering a decent AER compared to baserate but others like nationwide are offering lump sums for opening ebond accounts with as little as £1.

The lump sum is now only with 5k if you're thinking of quidco :(
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)
