Nope your not the only one, although I am suffering this year as a lot of my christmas stuff is in my mums loft as we moved a few months back so I cant go and peek at them as much as i'd like:D:D:D:D
Where's the Coffee?? Show me the Coffee NOW!!0 -
I've made a start at last. I bought 2 itunes £15 vouchers for £20. A set of 5 fishing DVDs for half price £10. This morning I checked out the ebay deal of the day. Kate Moss 100ml perfume for £9.99 inc delivery so I bought 2. That is 5 people sorted and I reckon I've saved £34 on what I'd normally spend on those 5. Am going to the market and car boot shortly to look for more bargains.0

Yeah it was, can't believe how much they charge to get in now it's £8 , we did have £1 off vouchers and luckily kids are under 5 so we don't pay for them but did cost a lot of money seeing as all I really did was walk around the market stalls with SIL. OH has stationary engines though and one day (maybe I should get him a Round Tuit!) they'll be exhibiting them and we'll get in free!
My present for my little sister's 18th arrived yesterday, skinny fit black t-shirt with big pink writing that says "Made in 1991", £11 from ebay. A bit over my £10 budget but it is her 18th and I've only got her a cheap present for Christmas. Poor girl, her birthday is on December 23rd so always gets overshadowed by xmas.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

princess woo-congratulations, you should be soooooo proud shes gorgeous. take care and get plenty of rest.
christmas stuff is just starting to appear around here. saw shop staff putting stuff out yesterday so im looking forward to getting in to town and having a good old browse around later in the week. Got another £5 voucher at morrisons petrol station so exchanged it for saver stamps towards my food shop and now have £29.
Pressie wise i havent bought anything yet but my ideas list for people is growing so action on that will start very shortly. Budgeting £100 each for my DD & DS, some i will give in cash to spend in the sales in january and the rest will be gifts to open on the day. hubby not set the amount yet, dont know what he wants, everyone else in my large family £10 to £15 per pressie ( but not set in stone the more i can save the better so if i find a nice gift for less than budget that will be great). Cant go over the amounts set as thats what i have saved and wont go over it funds tight at the minute.
