liamsmum - I'm doing a few washer/dryer pressies but want to do them so the last verse:

So,open the box and you may be surprised,
To find not ONE gift, but two
We hope you will put your presents to work
    It's a WASHER & DRYER, too!!!!

is on the inside attached to the tea towel -hadn;'t worked out a way to wrap it and don't have any boxes that size so have to amend that bit of the verse I think and just make some sort of scroll our of card and do it that way.

    princesswoo
Am now going to find a corner and sulk................your work is fab:T Looked at mine and frowned.............lol:rotfl:

lisamarie - I've done my tea bag holders different to everyone else -mine are just like little envelopes but instead of the flap I've punched a hole and tied ribbon through after popping a tea bag inside. There are all sorts of verses to go with it -haven't added any verses to mine yet (whoops!) For the 'holder' I've just used up some card I had for card making..........good way of using up offcuts for the sort I've done. Keep telling myself I'll do a 'proper' one but haven't..............yet !:rotfl:

Spent all morning trying to do a post it note holder and phone kept ringing............. Now I need more post-its notes................-typical !

dizzytina -super hampers :T Made me realise how behind I am with everything ...........

tinksy - glad you had a good time.............:j
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Yesterday I was in Primark and they had body puffs in a flower shape, cherise colour "petals" and a purple centre. Look really funky, £1.50 reduced to 50p so have a few of those put away. They also had some make up bits reduced to 50p and £1, might be good for teenagers?

Thanks little_miss_moneysaver, those body puffs sound fab!

QVC had a Christmas crafting day yesterday, products can be found here... http://www.qvcuk.com/ukqic/qvcapp.aspx/app.nav/params.class.ukco/walk.yah.ukco?cm_re=mh-_-CraftLeisure-_-CraftLeisure&cm_mmc=Email-_-August-_-Craft%20Day-_-Main

They are doing Christmas days from now until the end of the year on the 25th of each month although I don't think they will all be full of craft.

Princesswoo - you wouldn't happen to have a certain "say it with a smirk" pad for those cards would you ;):rotfl: Thanks for the inspiration though! I think I may be pinching one of two of your ideas :rotfl::rotfl:

I think I'll tackle my planning for Christmas first, while sorting washing out then I'm going to get making some more Christmas cards :D

I dont have a smirk pad but they are smirk tags made with super thick card pre bought in a pack from the craft shop about 30 different sized tags for £2.99.

I did pick up quite a few of the smirk rubber stamps as i love the style. Very quirky and young.

Here are my post it note holders.
1 is for SIL who is mad on blue wkd, i have also made her some fridge magnets from bottle tops i wombled from the pub over the road.

And here are my novelty loo rolls:

princesswoo - brilliant ! I'd almost forgotten about the loo roll...............did couple last year -wrapped them in plain silver paper and stuck eyes nose and a smile on..............lol

Having dilemma at the minute on how to make a calendar from a CD case..........can't get it to stand up properly and keeps falling apart...........
Maybe I'd be better off using double CD cases ?
