booked weekend for October half term at Prestavyn Sands costing £60,
checked bank account today and they have taken payment twice.
Tried to ring them but office closed so sent them e-mail.
May just be a mistake but worth checking bank account

Confirms dates, site (Devon Cliffs Haven), holiday accommodation (Deluxe Plus 3bed), check in details (4pm).
Includes add-ons (you have to phone to remove the add-ons)

Entertainments & Facilities Pass £70.00 (7 guests)
Power Charge £29.97
Promo Linen £21.00
Balance Due Now £103.97


So I only need to pay for the power charge the rest is optional!

Is the power charge the same thing as the service charge because on the website it says it should only be £9.99 or is that something different? See post no.34

i have been trying to submit the seven pass words for the mail offer but it keeps telling me to enter 7 unique passwords , what does this mean ? , or does any one have the right ones !1

Yes but it is £9.99 per night for Haven sites!
