Availability is very limited. I had a quick look and there seems to be availability in Scotland, East Anglia , the Isle of Wight and the North East. I guess these will disappear very quickly tho.

I booked yesterday morning, so we're off to Haven Blue Dolphin that week.:j

just called the number regarding the ferry and the gentleman said they are waiting confirmation that the ferry will be included or weather it will be discounted and they will not know to next week !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just booked for 4 nights for me, son and daughter at Primrose Valley going September 7th it cost £40.00. Paid via Paypal and now waiting for the bill from the park for "service" charge which is £9.99 per night plus the cost of entertainment passes which are £10.00 each making a total of £70.00.

Add this to the cost of the holiday and it makes £110 which is still good value.I was going to go to this park on the dates I,ve booked and I had the brochure and was going to book online (Haven website quoted me £240!!:eek:) when I saw this post.This has saved me approximately £130 which I am very pleased with.Many thanks to the OP.:T:T:T

does anyone know how you go about booking the passes and paying for the extra charges which arent included in the offer? will i recieve an email or do i have to contact them myself?

As I understand it they will invoice you regarding the service charge.

Both my sister and I have been told yes, they are but it's a case of wait I see I think.

It's cheap(ish) to cross anyway even if you do have to pay.

Update- I've just rang the park resort help line and the woman told me that the ferry would not be included and I would have to book via Red Funnel myself.

She gave me a tel number and a ref code. 0844 844 9988 and ref code RFS 33305

If anyone else gets told differently let me know!!??

We've booked to go to Wales in September over a weekend and I just wondered if anyone knew what standard the luxury caravans are. We are going to a Haven site and there are a few different standards. Is it going to be one that's better than the basic - I'm assuming it's not going to be the top of the range ones.
