Sorry Pin,
There is one now - I was about to hit "send" when I got diverted...and I forgot that it was still "pending" when I posted.

Yes...as stated at the top of the OP, they only allow 14 days from the date on the bill for you to get your claim in to them. Make a note of the date on the early bills AND when you receive them. If the relevant bill doesn't come when you expect it to that month (based on earlier experience) then waste no time in getting on to your service provider for an IMMEDIATE replacement - be prepared to pay for it though. This is all the more important because P2U make subsequent claims dependent on the success of each claim so if you lose out on one of your claims then all subsequent claims are automatically voided.
It's a real hum-dinger of a condition if you ask me (especially given the short window of opportunity given for each claim). However, I have been pressing them constantly to review their T&Cs and I have also been in touch with their local trading standards in order to apply some pressure for change. It's been a while but I must remember to get back in touch with TS to see what they've been up to.

Thx RM. I did note the 14 day. I would not have aproblem with that as long as I get the bill from Orange. I have asked phones2u if they accept copies from the online account but they have not replied.
thx again0 -
I got a reply from them and they say if the bill is delayed that is not their problem and will not accept online bill copies and if the first claim fails all subsequent claims fail. No flwxibility at all. Should I cancel the contract or take the risk? Are any of the others offering v3 and orange panther 45 free for 12 months better than phones2u?0

I would not deal with this company, due to these T&C's. I have had 3 cashback deals from Onestop and E2Save. No problems at all with getting my refunds from them.0 -
I cant get CPW to match the deal, dialaphone has stopped price matching...any suggestion for a reputable company that would match the deals?0
