Theres a pen musuem in the Jewellery Quarter if that woul float your boat?

The Old Joint Stock is my favourite pub in the centre - they do great pies and the building is extremely impressive!

Warwick Castle isnt too far away either and although a little pricy, its one of the best castles in the country. you could tie it up with a visit to Leamington Spa - depends how much travelling you want to do really

Have fun anyway - Birmingham is nicer than some people would think!
