Snags - have you ever considered he might be going through the same as you? Wondering if you like him after Monday etc - blokes can be just as stressy as women sometimes:rolleyes:

    Morning all :)

Bit of a fraught morning and haven't managed to get Ryan to school yet. Things are not going well with him at all at the moment, roll on summer holidays!

Luc, I did wonder that, and when we were texting, I did say 'I had a lovely evening', and he said 'I'm glad, so did I xx', which at the time I thought was really nice, but because he hasn't followed it up with any other clues about whether he likes me, it's left me wondering if he was just being polite.

Anyway, we will see today, I'm not going to let this situation just keep rumbling on. If we haven't talked properly (ie NOT online) by tonight, I'm going to just ask him, and try to make it sound like it's an adult discussion, not needy whining. :o

Sending calm, cooling vibes to all those that need them today. It's already very hot here, but there's a breeze today too, so it's more pleasant. :)

    Morning All

Just got to work and starting the working day off by coming here ;)
I feel really weird today, like I am going to pass out, my head is all lightheaded and I nearly fell out the shower this morning as I lost my balance. Not sure what thats all about.

Are you perhaps a bit dehydrated - you've been doing a lot in this heat and it may have caught up with you. Try having a lucozade or something (not tea or coffee) and see if it helps...

Hmmm - I've put a skirt on but its clouded over and its forecast for rain today - should I change to jeans and risk being a sweaty betty all day or stick to skirt and risk looking like a drowned rat later:confused::rotfl:

    Morning all,

BF is off for selection for the army today  so it was another early start 5.30! Knackered already!
And we're moving next week, still tons off stuff to do! Where does the time go?
Kepp your finger crossed for him please, this is something he has wanted for a long time, and he's 28, so it now or never :p

Hope you all have a great day and dont melt :rotfl:

    Lou x

good luck for today Mr Loupee!!

and thanks everyone re the comments about the first house... if i can get it for £475 or even £500 then i will be able to live with that. It's a lovely quiet corner of a nice road with loads of kids by the looks of it. Better village in as much as it has a shop and a couple of parks. House has good doors, windows and heating which is important. Everything else is cosmetic really...... carpets were good nick as well which is good. Oh but no shower..... gutted!!

included is cooker and washing machine... and 1 tall boy wardrobe... i have actually got plenty bedroom furniture but i would "sell" big w a wardrobe if he wanted it... we've already agreed he will buy my washing machine off me too, one less thing to move and mines is on it's last legs... (as beanie will testify!! she heard the rumbling at the weekend!! lol!)

    i will need to get:

    *sofa
*fridge/[STRIKE]freezer[/STRIKE] (request is on freecycle already, 1 offer of undercounter freezer accepted gratefully, although i did say if i got a fridge freezer offer would she be offended!)
*Double bed - but have sofa bed of erins or spare mattress if required in short term.
    [STRIKE]*single bed for erin[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]*dining table/chairs[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]*microwave[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]*tumble drier[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]book shelves, phone table, coffee tables[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]
    *pictures/photos
    *curtains/bedding/towels -
    [/STRIKE]will split what i have 50/50... see i'm kind aren't i!??
*TV for living room (will use Erin's portable meantime if need be.....)

Anything else glaringly obvious i'm missing........???
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
    (it's part of my charm!)

Do you have any long shorts you could put on? Personally I would rather risk looking like a drowned rat than being a sweaty betty
