Morning All
Didn't make it yesterday, wen to Bayeux to see the tapistry, then a quiz night. Missed Murray yesterday was over when I got back, but saw the epic the other night. Nothing planned for Friday and will ensure it stays that way.
Keeping all bits crossed for DS and his interview today.
(((hugs))) Pen-Pin and all else who'd like one.
Take care

Morning peeps
day off at last! I`ve been missing for a few days as i`ve been so busy but my day off will be a full one as i need to catch up on horrible things like the ironing  the pile has been picked through already and anything not too bad has been put away but the rest has to be done.
Absolutely glorious here today but it is already far too hot and sticky, i took the houndies out a couple of hours ago and even then it was baking, both are sleeping now and little oldie has the electric fan blowing onto him to keep him cool. I bought a small paddling pool for the garden in the hope that litle oldie would lie in it to cool off but there`s no chance :rotfl: even the young houndie won`t go anywhere near it which is strange since they both love the water.
I`ve made an enormous dish of salad for later and if i can bear to cook i shall make quiche to go with it, if not we shall have cold chicken and mayo mmmmmmm!
I`m off out to buy dogfood from the pet shop shortly, i need to go as soon as the shop opens and then i won`t get stuck in the hoards of people heading for air conditioned places, right i shall move my ample backside off the sofa and into the kitchen.
Pippa - Belated Anniversary wishes for you!
JackieO - I gather congratulations are in order :j
Haribo - I missed your pics as the pc at w*rk wouldn`t let me look at them but i can`t find the link now i`m at home:o
I`ll pop back later.
Have a good day peeps
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -

Very warm and sunny here already this morning looks like were in for another hot one again.
Well Its Scan day here for me, my apointment is at 11:30am The scan that im having is an MIR on my brain. For those that dont know a MIR scan is the one were you go into a tunnel. The scan will take about 30mins. It will be a few weeks untill i get the reluts.
This may sound evry strange to some of you but in a way i hope that the tumor has grown. As if it has thay will then start some trement. If the tumor has not grown since my last scan six months then thay will leave me another six months and scan again.
Now iv already had 3 brain tumors removed over the last nine years so im use to having them. But i hate waiting around with my life on hold . Plus i dont wont the symtems to get any worse!!!!
So i wont it delt with as soon as.
So heres hoping that its grown a little bit.
With this hot wether that we have been having the twins have not been sleeping on a night well. or when thay have there afternoon nap.
Tip For the moms!! (i think this counts as old style)
We have been giving the twins a wet flanel on an afternoon to play with. This cools them down and thay also love to play with them its very funny to whach them playing with these:D
Well i hope that you all have a good day and enjoy the sun if you can.
Enjoy yourslefs everone:j:j:jYou can have everything you wont in lfe, If you only help enough other people to get what they wont.:j0 -

Best of luck, Halight. You're so matter-of-fact about it, although it must be a worry.

Good luck with the scan Halight. My aunt had a brain tumor (benign) the size of an orange removed a couple of years ago. I hope yours has grown, just not to the size that my aunt had :eek:I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knife
