I'm soooo sleepy! Woke up about 3:30 and couldn't get back to sleep so got up and watched a lovely Richard Gere film and stayed awake till about 5:30. I woke up cos I had indigestion which seems to happen quite often when I drink red wine these days... so sad but I might have to give it up...Mortgage OP 2026 £860/2000Mortgage balance: £31,763

Richard Gere *sigh* loved him in an officer and a gentleman.
I get the same thing with white wine, terrible heartburn so have to drink red although too much will affect my stomach so I stick to no more than 2 glasses. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I used to like Richard Gere but then when I worked at the airport I bumped into him once and he looked really rough

he was lovely in this - older but yummy...
I only had about a glass of wine all night so felt a little annoyed! was really thirsty so drank lots of water but got indigestion a few times last week when I was off (and having a glass or two a night) and haven't drank all week and been fine so I think that must be the cause. Still think of the money I'll save... will have to struggle through the rest of the bottle first cos chucking it wouldn't be MSE!Mortgage OP 2026 £860/2000Mortgage balance: £31,763

Yeah quite a few, was several years ago now, I worked in a shop there and several famous people came in, some just walked past, but always made the day a bit more exciting when you could star-spot for 10 minutes
