Im so with you on why pay someone to tell you what to eat.
But unfortunatly it seems to be the only thing that works for me & even then it doesent always as I seem to find it so hard to actually stick to it.Pah.

Managed to lose a tenner today - what an eejit:mad::mad:! I hope some poor sod found it and it made their day, could have been worse... could have happened in the bad old days where it really was my last tenner. Cursing my own stupidity though:o! skinty i am struggling with the whole weight thing too ...really really struggling ...i am trying to have a cognative shift about the whole thing i keep searching for it but i cant find it anywhere just now ...maybe i need to start the gym though it might help0
