too be honest it doesn't really mean anything - could be a sign that the market is doing well here or then again that someone really liked that house and wasn't too dependant on mortgage to buy it. I couldn't afford it anyway so not like I was about to offer:D...

in other news I went to the gym and found that the old adage I remember from computing still holds true "rubbish in = rubbish out", I was pish but I went and it burnt off a few of the cashews:o:rotfl:.

Baking done so another off my list:D!

Had a very busy morning but have spent most of the afternoon vegging then had some unexpected visitors so now waaaay behind schedule. Dinner cooking then it's tidy up/ironing before gym. Might have a lovely glass of wine on my return...

Getting bored here waiting for payday and it's been a short month too so no excuse! might move the final few pennies into my savings account...at least the numbers would go up a bit...
Watching something about Robert the Bruce and realising how little history I know. They are at a place called Duffus castle - sorry so immature but it did make me smile!

Well despite saying I wasn't going to weigh myself I did and I've put on weight - grrr:mad:!!! I am using a favourite skirt as a gauge though and it's getting closer to wearableness so not worrying too much.

    Today's plan is:

[STRIKE] 1. order book for book club[/STRIKE] Done
[STRIKE]2. Iron - there's loads of it[/STRIKE]:eek:All dry stuff done and put away.
[STRIKE]3. Tidy up lounge and kitchen[/STRIKE]Looking good
[STRIKE]4. Wash floors in kitchen and bathroom[/STRIKE]Yep
    [STRIKE]5. Clean bathroom[/STRIKE]:eek:yeuch but done.
    [STRIKE]6. Take stuff to tip[/STRIKE]yep
[STRIKE]7. Shop for packed lunched stuff[/STRIKE]done
[STRIKE]8. Go swimming with DS/or maybe for a run - he can choose[/STRIKE]He decided the beach was a more appealing option but there was some running:D.
[STRIKE]9. Drop carpet cleaner off at pals[/STRIKE]Yep
[STRIKE] 10. Cook and devour big roast dinner! Looking forward to that one:D![/STRIKE]it's all cooking away and I'm sure I'll cope with the devouring bit!

In other news bloke came round and told me that the job someone else quoted was now up in price but to be honest I think the original was too low. As long as it gets done so I can tick something else off on my list.

what an eejit! couldn't work out what was going on with my spreadsheet as I had too much money (wasn't complaining but didn't make sense) and whoops I'd managed to delete petrol money of £140 from it... now looking more realistic.
