    Hello to Beatthedebt:wave:!

No, not Yellow Label (my fave), it's Eaglehawk which isn't as good but still v nice:D. There were leftovers at dinner (am listening to my body) but since then I've done the ironing and just had some yummy phishfood frozen yog for desert...only a tiny scoop but yummmm....

Weighed myself at gym today and it's reading the same as last week so felt very disheartened as I know I've lost inches so was expecting a decent loss:o...so in order to not feel down about this again I'm going to try to wait till the end of the month before I weigh myself again... as I addicted to jumping on and off scales this will be difficult but I think it's for the best:D.

No, Netto here Bob - boooooo!

when you do reach the plateau (which can happen often) you are deff best to leave it till once a month or once every six weeks to check ...otherwise it will get disheartening

I will try my best El. Had an unexpected couple of hours to myself this evening so went to the gym for a quick run - ouch! Had walked for about four or five miles today with kids and my legs had a bit of a protest... I made it but it wasn't pretty. Nice that it wasn't my lungs screaming for once though.
