Not by much but a wee bit here and there, if I buckled down gave up the gym membership, entertainment budget and cut the food budget in half I could make more of an impact...but you've got to live a bit eh:o balance is all, but having just written that I'm now thinking I should maybe shave a bit off the entertainment and food... oh dear I'm hopeless!

Suppose I should do my coursework for tomorrow really...oops...

Isn't it all about balance. If you are studying AND still managing to overpay I don't see why you should take away small pleasures you have.

If you can afford them, there's no reason why you can't have large pleasures...

Some days being surrounded by teenagers is awful - today was one...:eek: it's the shallowness! makes me feel about 150 sometimes and as you all know I can talk pish with the best of them:o

Any how, that aside tonight I've been googling Butter Chicken recipes - bad Elantan bad:p There doesn't seem to be a healthy version ANYWHERE! But it shall be on the menu here next week, can't do it this week as The Menu Plan must be obeyed (and there's no chicken in the freezer).

Meant to say, I'm loving the student discounts :D and have finally started Christmas shopping - I know it might be early for some but when you are getting stuff delivered I feel December is too close to the line.

Yeah, but if they were deep and meaningful at that age, they'd probably even bore themselves... ;)

You've got to remember that some of them are less aged and "mature" than a good whisky...

Of course for some of them, this is as deep as they will go in their lives.

And which part of "Butter" was causing you the most confusion... :rotfl:

    What are you buying?

(Yes, I am canvassing for ideas... )
