What ... Did ya never " inhale" a joint wi a guy and he turned to you and said " good sh1 t " or if it was grass " heavy sh1 t" or if you were telling him something bad about your day it was " oh man that's bad sh1 t"

Was it just me that went out with Neanderthals ?

Glad you got some things achieved today :)

Thank you both, it's just been a bit of a tough week - dad poorly and needs op and it would just have been nice to have someone give me a hug and reassure me,

    Aww... :grouphug:
DS fab for hugs but don't want him to know how serious it is so being upbeat about it all to him.

Why not be upbeat? It's not in your hands, so be upbeat for you too. If being miserable changed things for the better then we might allow you to indulge yourself.

But it doesn't, so we won't.
I know in my head ex is not a good idea and I'm better off without him but sometimes...

Sometimes I'd like someone, but the whole thing behind that is that the price is too high. You'll have to tough it out until Mr Right comes along. The advantage of not being with someone, is that Mr Right doesn't just breeze on by.
Bowel movements you say El :D? Jings can hardly wait to date again then...:rotfl:

    Whatever you're into... :p
As you say lots of running before next weekend Z, have been doing lots despite the weather (it is winter in Scotland after all)

Is there any other season there? I've only ever seen midge winter and snowy winter in Scotland.
but today shall be gym and maybe a wee bit of pampering in the sauna/jacuzzi after;)

    Go for it! ;)

Sorry it's a bit pants without the ex ... I could attempt to chat you up if you fancy ? Not done it for over 25 years but surely things havn't changed that much ?

These days you have to send your best lines onto Facebook.

You still talk about the importance of good bowel movements on a first date ... Right ?

Not at all. You go to an Indian where such words are not needed.

See its like riding a bike

It's exactly like riding a bike. Tiring, lots of wind, and if you get something wrong, or forget something important, you end up with a sharp pain in the arrse or getting flattened...

That was the chat up lines I remember from my yooooofff :)

Have you forgotton your classic: "Get your coat love, you've pulled." ? ;)
I don't think anyone has ever wooed me with bowel talk but I'm getting on a bit now so it'll probably be that, prostate problems

If you ever come to me and talk about your prostate problems, you'll see me do a double double-take.

Which apparently is quite amusing. To others.
and back pain now... single is sounding better by the minute :D

    Easy persuaded... ;)
Thanks, op won't be til new year now so trying not to stress, I think the fact he's always been so healthy and fit makes it worse.

It makes it worse for him. My Dad has been extremely healthy all his life, which makes it extremely hard for him to adapt to his current problems. The rest of the family who don't have that rude health, are all a bit 'meh' about it...

I once had an elbow up my nose in rugby. Does that count?

I know - I hear the whistling. That'll teach you to buy a cheap rifle.

If it doesn't need doing, then it shouldn't be on. If it does, then it should. The actual size isn't under your direct control.

Perhaps he was expecting you to leave? Just be thankful he didn't bring his lighter...

Can be embarrassing. Or smooth. Depends on the context...

I think realistically there are only so many hours in the weekend... so three tasks now moved to tuesday when I have a day off :D

It was quite quiet so if he wanted the room to himself he just needed to wait five minutes, some men though have weird standards of acceptability - you are supposed to wipe down the gym machines after using them (fair enough as they are drenched in your sweat), the other day an old guy got the paper towel and wiped his sweaty brow with it THEN wiped the machine...

They don't fall to the ground as they are skinnies but just uncomfortable and builders bum issues:o:p
