ouch - legs are all stiff and this is my only chance to go to the gym before the weekend so I WILL go! Have been staring at spreadsheets and doing lots of calculations... was thinking of selling up and moving to rented but then I'll be back off the ladder again and the only reason I ended up here was cos I'd got off last time... can't move until beginning of Nov anyway as I'll have to pay a penalty of £650 and at this late stage that seems a bit pointless.

Phone up and check the penalty. It is probably pro-rata'd.

Currently, the property ladder is a property snake. It only works during periods of house-price inflation.

it is pro-rata'd Z and it's that until 31st oct which isn't that long now...

things haven't changed that much here, they've gone down a bit but not that much and I could scrape enough together soonish for something ok - not great but if they go up (and they can go up as well as down;)) I'd be fooked!

Hope the legs are ok now Bob, I went for a walk and that helped a wee bit.

Beanie, have STV on now! it's a new one too:D.

You know I was just trying to remember the last time I went anywhere down south and it must have been before DS was born, he fancies going to London sometime but it's scarily busy for me! Going to Centreparcs in October but that's practically in Scotland...

London isn't that bad to visit. It isn't all that busy until rush hour, which goes from 8am to 10pm. ;)

Just expect to catch some kind of pox...
