Well that depends on how common babes are where you live...

I took offence to that at first! I thought you were calling me common:D!

You need to do research. So you know what's available *before* you hit the shops.

I have tried that but apart from today when I went to BIG shops I only go near them maybe twice a year and the local ones don't always have a great selection. Poor lass in Next was telling me she was working late tonight and then starting at 4am tomorrow - yikes!

    Location, location, location?

Too right! I will consider the towns on either side of me but that's about it, I would spent too much time running backwards and forward to here and on the odd occasion I go out I wouldn't be able to get a taxi (without a second mortgage)... sigh - it would be a lovely house just if they move it nearer to me but then again price would go up about 50K min.

Elantan, yep I'm right there on Hypno's !!!!!! page, some lovely places...

But if you do t'internet and get a shortlist, then it's likely that the local shops will have at least one of what you've shortlisted.

Oh? You live in posh central? ;)

Always enjoy the good times, and don't worry about the bad. They'll arrive without you needing to worry about them.

    Unlike good times... ;)

That's a lot of dedication! I only wanted a white t-shirt today and failed miserably:rotfl::rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:no but Elantan thinks it's picturesque! there's much posher but much, much worse!

True on the taxis but don't underestimate the joy of being a kid and being able to walk/cycle to your pals and having a happier mum cos she doesn't have to take you there or have the wee darlings overnight!

There's a lot of skill in getting a white T-shirt. Apparently. I have no troubles...

As is most places. Though near where I work, there were a couple of shootings within a week. Not much worse than there...

A bike does about 10mph, so within a hours ride is reasonable. After all, if your son becomes super fit on a bike, the [STRIKE]hussies[/STRIKE] girls will be falling over themselves to be with him...
    still looking too then...

Not at the moment. Saw a pretty good one, but work is too unsettled for me to be committing to a 6 month minimum term.
